We understand that travel plans can change. Guests may cancel or modify their booking by contacting Hotel Jacobsen at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time without a cancellation charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, or failure to arrive without prior notice, may attract a charge of one night’s accommodation.

Special, promotional, group or non-refundable bookings may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the original payment method, subject to any applicable transaction or processing charges.

For assistance with cancellations or changes, please contact Hotel Jacobsen at bookings@hoteljacobsen.com or visit our reception in Kakoge C, Lira City.
